The 3020 insert is a flexible rubber seal designed for use with Thunder WHS and WHG aluminium weatherboard systems. It creates a secure, consistent seal between the weatherboard and threshold strip, helping to reduce draughts, water ingress, light, and noise at the base of doors.

Made from durable, high-quality rubber, the 3020 is designed to stay flexible and maintain strong compression over time, even in busy or high-traffic doorways. It helps ensure reliable contact with the threshold while accommodating everyday movement and slight alignment changes.

Suitable for both internal and external doors, the 3020 improves comfort and performance in a wide range of settings. On external doors, it helps protect against wind and rain, while on internal doors it supports better draught control and acoustic separation.

The insert is used as part of a complete Thunder system with WHS or WHG weatherboards and compatible TL, TM, or TN threshold strips. It fits cleanly into the aluminium holder and can be replaced easily when required, making it a practical, low-maintenance sealing solution for new build and refurbishment projects.
